SUPREME DIESELS SERVICES - A reliable company in the automobile industry for Sales & Services of Diesel Fuel Injection Systems and Turbo Chargers, serving the industry for more than 37 years. We are having a modern fully equipped computerized workshop for calibration & overhauling of all types of Diesel Fuel Injection pumps and injectors with the help of our specialised trained technicians.

About Us

1985

Incorporated Supreme Diesels services as a neutral workshop by our MD. Mr. Manmohan Singh with fuel injection system solution for Rotary & Inline Pumps and Injectors.

1991

Supreme Diesels services became first authorised Mico/ Bosch workshop in Delhi. Also awarded as the most modern workshop in India by Mico/ Bosch.

2007

Started with the Testing & Repairing of Common Rail Fuel System (CRDI), being one of the very few of the times.

2009

Became the authorised sales and services dealer for Stanadyne India Private Limited.

2010

Appointed as authorised Hyundai partner for Fuel Injection repair service for all over India.

2012

Started with the Testing and Repairing of EUI/EUP Fuel Injection System (cam type).

2014

Started HEUI Injectors & Pumps Testing & Repair with Precise Technology & Spares.

2017

Appointed as authorised sales and services dealer for DELPHI - TVS Technologies fueling system.

2023

Became authorised sales and service dealer CUMMINS TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for commercial vehicles (CCC) as well as HOLSET Turbochargers.

DIESEL FUEL INJECTION TESTING & REPAIR

Our workshop are equipped with state-of-the-art test equipment that give us the most efficient and precise way to examine components, so that we are able to provide the best repair solution for a diesel engine. Our goal is to extend the life of the diesel engine and avoid costly downtime for our customer.

TROUBLESHOOTING & ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS

Our specialist diagnostics equipment gives us dealer level access to most vehicle computer systems. There are literally hundreds of potential error codes that can only be read by specialist vehicle diagnostic equipment. By diagnosing a problem correctly and quickly we ensure cost-effective repair at all times.

REMANUFACTURING

We understand that replacement of pumps and injection are often required quickly and with this in mind we developed our own rapid exchange service by the remanufacturing of diesel fuel injection system. Each part is completely stripped of its components, the worn-out components are scrapped, and new high-quality replacement parts are integrated. All rebuilt/ reconditioned parts are tested for quality assurance and backed by our product warranty program.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICE

With advancements in the sector, our workshop is endowed with modern technology and computerised machinery to calibrate and overhaul all types of diesel fuel injectors and pumps by our trained and skilled technicians.

We are equipped with a computerised test bench of HARTRIDGE-UK, BOSCH-Germany; ROBOTTI & NOVA DITEX-Italy; C-MAX & ONE SOLUTION-Turkey and all the necessary tools and equipment required for refurbishment and remanufacturing of C.R.D.I. Systems, EUI &HEUI Pumps and Injectors as per the specifications by BOSCH, DELPHI, LUCAS, DENSO, SIEMENS, ZEXEL, CONTINENTAL, CATERPILLAR and STANADYE.
